“I’m so honored to welcome you to the 20th Women of Worth celebration,” Helen said, per Vanity Fair. “What a milestone to be here tonight, honoring not only our 2025 L’Oréal Paris Women of Worth, but the 190 extraordinary women who’ve come before them. Honestly, this program has been one of the great privileges of my years with L’Oréal.”
“When I first joined this family, I knew the phrase ‘Because you’re worth it,’ because it is an empowering message to women everywhere, but through Women of Worth, that message has taken on much deeper meaning for me,” she continued. “Each year, I’m struck anew by…the leadership they show, the compassion they extend to the communities they build…It is, quite honestly, revelatory.”
