Ginnifer Goodwin is opening up about bringing her kids to the Zootopia 2 premieres!
The 47-year-old actress and husband Josh Dallas, who both star in the sequel movie, brought their sons Hugo and Oliver to the Hollywood premiere, as well as the London premiere, marking their boys’ first public appearances.
During an upcoming appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show, Ginnifer dished on finally getting cool points from her sons, and she revealed what career her youngest, Hugo, 9, has chosen, and how it connects to Disney!

“They really felt like this is the first movie that I was able to like slip under the ‘mommy is an actress’ radar,” she shared. “They didn’t even understand it was me for years… They really pitched to us that Zootopia is something that means so much to us as a family because it’s also their favorite, number one, it’s their favorite movie, though Judy Hopps is not their favorite character by the way.”
“So, now I’ve got cool points. I’ve won their love. I bribed them to come on the [press] tour,” she added.
When asked if her sons have any interest in entertainment or acting, Ginnifer revealed they have had no interest in entertainment and school plays or anything.
“Well, my youngest, Hugo, he’s nine, and he did tell us very recently… he wants to be a CFO, and we’re actors, so we had to look up what that means… Chief Financial Officer,” the actress dished. “We actually took him recently to a Disney Animation bring your kids to work day that they threw for us. My kids got to watch me work, but they also got to play with the animation software and see how lighting works and they got to call out to the crew what the approved shots of the day were.”
“I thought, oh, maybe we’re going to leave and they’re going to want to be actors or they’re going to want to be animators or imagineers or something,” Ginnifer continued. “We left and Hugo goes, ‘I’ve changed what I want to be.’ And we’re like, ‘Okay, what is it?’ He goes, ‘I want to be the CFO of Disney.’”
Why he wants to be a CFO? She shared that Hugo says he likes math. “That’s always his response.”
